This paper gives an in-depth treatment of non-abelian anyons in generalized Hopf algebra models.
One big contribution of this paper is to make the distinction between "locally clockwise" and "locally counter-clockwise" ribbon operators, which are apparently necessary for a well-defined theory but are overwhelmingly ignored in literature. This seems to be an important point to check against when giving any treatment of non-abelian anyon models.
